Rhubarb Crumble: June 2014:
Being equipped with little more than a microwave
when I first moved into my house, and discovering a rhubarb plant in my garden,
I found a method online for creating a Rhubarb Crumble in the microwave. Just 15
minutes cooking time, and simple preparation, it's still my preferred method of
assembling a crumble.
For the crumble:
3/4 cup of oats
1 1/4 cup of plain flour
2/3 cup of butter/margarine
2/3 cup of brown sugar -mix with a fork-
chop up approx. 4 sticks of rhubarb and mix with 1/2 cup of sugar
sultanas optional

Sprinkle on the crumble

Microwave for 15 minutes
